Kirksville Police report the second homicide suspect in the recent shooting with multiple victims in Kirksville has been apprehended and is in custody. Anquan “AJ” Glover, 22 was arrested by agents from the U.S. Marshall service and the Missouri State Highway Patrol yesterday afternoon around 4:30 PM , south of Kansas City in Cass County. Authorities say investigators received a tip that the suspect was at a hotel in the Belton area. That’s where they found him he was arrested without incident. On Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11:27 that morning., Kirksville Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 700 block of West Dodson. Police arrived and found multiple victims with apparent gunshot wounds outside and inside of a nearby residence. Since that time police have been investigating the shooting. Ray Rijos Romero was arrested on January 2nd on several charges including murder.
