A man is in serious condition after a crash in Randolph County. Around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night, 39-year-old Oscar Flores was driving east near County Road 2268, three miles from Moberly, when Missouri Highway Patrol records state Flores hit a gate on private property. This led his vehicle to come to an uncontrolled stop in the County Road. According to documents, Flores was not wearing a seatbelt during the crash.
He is currently in the University Hospital in Columbia, Mo. Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash.
