A Macon man is facing a sex-related felony charge involving a juvenile for an alleged incident more than 30 years ago. According to a Boonville Police report, a female told authorities that one day after school in 1989, Arnold Odell Johnson Jr. had inappropriate sexual contact with her at his home in Boonville. She was five or six years old and Johnson was 23 or 24 at the time. The woman explained in explicit details of how Johnson unbuttoned his jeans, exposing himself, and removed her clothes and forced himself on her. Court documents say Johnson is charged with a felony for forcible sodomy. Bond is fixed at $40,000 cash or surety. Johnson’s initial hearing is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
