Cody W. Elder, of Novinger, was arrested on Thursday, May 26, 2022, by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office. Elder is charged two Class D felony counts of receiving stolen property. Elder is currently incarcerated without bond at the Adair County Law Enforcement Center in Kirksville. The stolen items recovered from the arrest have been returned to their owners.
